An Early Christmas Gift for YOU: My Cookbook

Christmas is coming!!  What a wonderful time of year.  Please start thinking about how you can make this Christmas season deliberate and simple.  The saying "the reason for the season" may be overused but it drives home such an important point.  I've found that giving myself plenty of time to think about what I want and don't want our Christmas season to be helps a lot.  For each family, this will look different, but I encourage you to not just get sucked up into the craziness of it all- swept up and through so fast that before you know it, it's over and you didn't even take time to reflect and enjoy it.

As much as I'd love to give one of my cookbooks to every single one of you that would like one, I can't. Instead, I'd like to help you with your Christmas giving.

From now until Christmas Day, every 5th purchase of one of my cookbooks will be free.  In other words, if you order a cookbook and it happens to fall on a multiple of 5, you will be charged for the cookbook and shipping but! within the next day, I will reimburse you the cost of the cookbook (you will still pay shipping and tax, if it applies). If you happen to order two cookbooks and one of them falls on a multiple of 5, you will get one of the two for free.  If you order five cookbooks, you'll be guaranteed to get one free, etc. This applies to the coil-bound cookbook version only (not the e-version).

Also, I'd like to note that all of our current stock has the clear, plastic protective cover as seen below.

This starts right now!!  And, just to spice things up a bit, I won't be starting the counting at 1 today, meaning that it won't take five orders to get to the first free one- it might take only one or two!  I'm so excited to help ease your giving this year.  Feel free to help spread the word- it will lead to more free cookbooks!!

Blessings to you, friends.  Prepare your hearts and minds for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ- the most extraordinary gift EVER!

Merry Christmas, Loves.

  2. I was planning to point my husband towards your book as a gift for me. Guess I better get on it. I too have been thinking about how I want our Christmas to be. Good reminders.

  3. I can also vouch that you've made a lovely cookbook. I was the lucky winner of Mama Pea's drawing (thanks again, MamaPea!) It's clear to me that you and I have similar tastes. All your readers should buy one - or more!

  5. Wow, I think about a dozen years I have been canning, off and on, depending on the years crop. I am sooooo grateful that my mom taught me how many years ago. She is with the Lord now, but it is a dying art that I am sure many people one day will wish they knew!

  6. I have been canning for so long I could not give you a real time frame, I think my canning is getting out of hand though! I seem to can all year long, trying out new things all the time. Canning reminds me of my mother, such sweet memories!!

Just a friendly reminder, if you know me personally please try to refrain from using my name. There are those who may try to locate me, break into my pantry and steal my pickled beets. Thanks:-).
