Pullet-Holding Attire

So, what do girls who love to spend every free minute outside playing with chicks wear when their mama doesn't want them changing their shirts three times a day due to chick-yness?

Outside aprons, of course!

They're perfect- light weight for warm weather, easy to hang on mudroom coat hooks and a cinch to slip on and off.  Not to mention, they save on laundry, making me one happy mama. Pin It

  2. They are so cute! Where did you get them? (The aprons. I know where the girls came from.)

    1. Sadie's (girl on left) was made for her by her Sunday School teacher (so very sweet, I know) and Miriam's came with a play kitchen set that the kids were given years ago- it was living in our dress up basket, but gets so much more practical use this way:-).

  4. Great idea but how do you get the kids to remember to always grab their outside aprons before dashing out to cuddle a chicken? (Heck, I can barely remember to put on my apron in the kitchen to avoid ruining yet another piece of my clothing!)

  5. What a great idea! I need to make my kiddos some, because there is way too much laundry in this house right now. ;) These might solve that problem. (well, probably not but at least I can dream!)

Just a friendly reminder, if you know me personally please try to refrain from using my name. There are those who may try to locate me, break into my pantry and steal my pickled beets. Thanks:-).
